Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Kenosha, WI seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead customer-facing digital pharmacy experiences within a large retail healthcare environment. You will own product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional delivery across pharmacy digital platforms.

Partner with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve patient journeys, from prescriptions to payments, while guiding prioritization with data and leading

Qualifications

Experience leading digital pharmacy platforms in a retail healthcare environment.
End-to-end product lifecycle ownership from discovery to launch.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps for digital pharmacy platforms.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization.
Partner with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Drive improvements across patient journeys (prescriptions, refills, scheduling, notifications, payments).
Use data and customer insights to guide prioritization and improve user experience. Lead Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
Ensure compliance with healthcare, privacy, and regulatory standards.
