Job summary

7-Eleven seeks a Senior Product Manager to own a broad, strategically important Demand Chain product area. You will lead cross-functional teams across Digital Product Managers, Engineering, and Operations to define and drive product strategy and roadmaps that improve inventory, ordering, vendor collaboration, distribution, and store delivery in real operating environments.

The role requires senior product leadership with practical supply chain/retail experience, strong stakeholder management,

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience in digital product management or product management for technology-enabled products.
5+ years of practical experience in supply chain, retail, logistics, distribution, store operations, or a closely related operating environment.
Ability to translate observed needs into clear product requirements, including rules, behavior, edge cases, and integrations.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and roadmap for a broad Demand Chain product domain, aligning investments with outcomes and feasibility.
Lead discovery with store/franchisee teams, distribution-center operators, and vendors to shape solutions.
Write and maintain high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria for agile delivery.
Coordinate pilots, testing, training, and rollout plans with affected teams.
Monitor adoption and performance post-launch to drive improvements.
