Job summary

Nominal is seeking a Product Manager to drive a hardware data review product area, accelerating engineers as they analyze test data. You’ll translate complex technical details into a unified, valuable product for multiple engineering disciplines, leveraging AI-enabled analytics and scalable systems.

You will collaborate with software engineers and designers, shaping requirements, milestones, and a differentiating product moat that remains ahead of commoditized AI features.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience, including at least one 0→1 launch and a track record of shipping meaningful increments.
• Experience shipping for technical users and building early-stage products.
• Genuine excitement about how software transforms how hardware systems are tested and validated.
• Ability to turn loosely defined problems into concrete plans with clear milestones.
• Strong cross-functional partnerships with engineering and design, with or without direct authority.
• Knowledge of AI-native product paradigms and how agents create durable advantages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to align operators, engineers, and executives.

Responsibilities
