Job summary

Lucid Software is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the platform strategy, including embedding in tools and APIs to power Lucid AI and integrations. You’ll mentor teammates and balance technical conversations with executive-level storytelling.

The role is part of a vibrant PM, design, engineering, and QA team. You’ll work with stakeholders to keep the roadmap aligned with company strategy, while delivering measurable business outcomes across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software Product Management experience.
• Proven track record of leading cross-team platform initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Experience in B2B SaaS metrics improvements.
• Ability to communicate with engineers, executives, customers in their language.
• Ability to discuss technical trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Drive collaboration across UX, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other Product teams.
• Become an expert of and an advocate for our customers, their motivations, goals, and needs.
• Deliver on key business outcomes measured by top level business metrics.
• Own the roadmap across multiple projects, keeping it anchored to company strategy and communicating priority to relevant stakeholders.
• Own product features and/or themes through their creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration.
• Drive qualitative and quantitative research to discover feature ideas and validate them before development.
• Effectively leveraging metrics to understand usage patterns and the effectiveness of features using quantitative analysis to find opportunities for optimization.
