Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management for Inner Loop, focusing on Developer Experience and AI coding tools. You will define metrics to measure developer productivity across 14K+ developers and shape how AI tools impact the SDLC.

You will lead cross-functional teams to translate business strategy into data-driven products, build telemetry platforms, and turn raw data into enterprise insights that reduce friction and accelerate delivery at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
• Experience exploring, prototyping, or implementing emerging technologies and AI automation tools.
• Experience developing tools for CI/CD and DevOps.
• Strong data fluency in SQL, metrics design, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the measurement of developer productivity and accelerate DX through data products.
• Define metrics for enterprise investment, and shape the impact of AI coding tools on the SDLC.
• Drive DX research and telemetry across 14K+ developers and translate telemetry into enterprise insights.
