Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Product Manager for Developer Experience to own the end-to-end developer workflow in dbt Cloud, including Studio IDE, Developer Agent, Cloud CLI, and the dbt VS Code Extension.

You will partner with the Fusion team to ensure AI-powered capabilities inform the developer experience and to shape the roadmap for data practitioners worldwide. This hybrid Denver-based role drives collaboration across engineering, design, and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Direct experience managing IDE or developer environment products
• Experience with AI-powered development tools
• Strong technical foundation for collaboration with engineers
• Experience conducting user research and translating feedback into work
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfort working asynchronously with a remote team

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end developer experience roadmap for Studio IDE, Developer Agent, Cloud CLI, and VS Code Extension
• Partner with Fusion team to surface Fusion-powered intelligence in developer UX
• Define and shape AI-native product development for the Developer Agent
• Translate IDE best practices into the dbt Cloud context
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM to ship high-quality experiences
• Gather feedback from the dbt community and enterprise customers to improve tools
• Conduct market and user research to inform the roadmap and competitive landscape
• Align investments with company goals and platform strategy
