Job summary

Fivetran seeks a Product Manager for Developer Experience to own the end-to-end workflow in dbt Cloud, including Studio IDE, Developer Agent, Cloud CLI, and the dbt VS Code Extension. You will work closely with the Fusion team to ensure Fusion capabilities are reflected in developer surfaces and roadmaps.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ship high-quality developer experiences on a predictable cadence and drive adoption among tens of thousands of data practitioners

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management with developer tools or IDEs.
• Experience managing IDE or developer environment products.
• Exposure to AI-powered development tools.
• Strong technical collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience conducting user research and translating feedback into product work.

Responsibilities

• Own the developer experience roadmap across Studio IDE, Developer Agent, Cloud CLI, and the VS Code Extension.
• Partner with the Fusion team to surface Fusion-powered intelligence through developer UX.
• Lead AI-native product development for Developer Agent and related workflows.
• Drive IDE and tooling strategy informed by modern development environments.
• Define and execute cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
• Build tight feedback loops with the dbt community and enterprise customers.
• Conduct market and user research to understand the competitive landscape for developer tooling.
• Align developer experience investments to broader company goals and Fusion platform strategy.
