You will collaborate across Product, Technology, Logistics/Last Mile, UX and Operations to solve complex operational challenges and drive trust, conversion, and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience defining and owning end-to-end delivery experiences.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, technology, logistics/last mile, UX and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete delivery experience—from delivery promises and checkout options to post-purchase transparency and carrier integrations.
• Shape delivery strategy across the business to drive delivery NPS, improve checkout conversion, and increase operational efficiency and cost per order.
