Vantor seeks a Product Manager to lead Direct and Rapid Access Program offerings for defense and intelligence customers. Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, earth science, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least five years of product management experience building enterprise software or AI products.
• Proven experience taking technical products from concept through development and market adoption.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Set product strategy and maintain a roadmap aligned with customer needs, priorities, and market opportunities.
• Gather and synthesize requirements with customers, sales, and business development; identify product gaps and opportunities to improve customer experience and market share.
• Align product and technical roadmaps, translating business requirements into product, operational, and system requirements.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to evaluate solution options and manage scope, schedule, budget, and delivery.
• Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses, including capital, production, and sustainment costs; maintain forecasts.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and are ready for production and the market; coordinate change management and communicate risks and dependencies.
• Develop pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies with product marketing; support sales through customer engagements.
• Establish product KPIs and reporting with Finance, and communicate product vision to internal teams and external partners.
