Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Senior Product Manager for Data Sharing, you will own the development and delivery of the product strategy for data sharing and exchange across cloud platforms. You will collaborate with stakeholders in IT, Security, and Engineering to design and validate sharing platforms and governance frameworks. Your responsibilities will include gathering business requirements, planning budgets, and aligning stakeholders with strategic initiatives.

You will play a key role in driving operational improvements across data providers, communicating roadmaps and progress updates to stakeholders, and guiding product managers, engineers, and architects to ensure successful product and service delivery.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develop and contribute to the data sharing product strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and consumers to design and validate product features.
• Communicate product roadmaps and provide regular status updates.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and prioritize tasks for engineering teams.
• Drive the evolution of product design, architecture, technology, and features.
• Align product development with Acxiom's functional and business objectives.
• Ensure delivered capabilities meet initial business goals.
• Work closely with other product managers, engineers, and architects to achieve successful outcomes.
• Partner with the security team to ensure compliance with security standards.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years of engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• 2+ years of Agile experience
• Expertise with Snowflake Data Sharing, Databricks Delta Sharing, AWS Redshift, or similar tools
• Proficiency in data sharing on cloud platforms
• Experience with Production Service Ownership
• Familiarity with regulated data environments
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field

SALARY RANGE:

The salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00. Actual salary within this range will depend on factors such as experience, market considerations, and company policies.
