Being able to create cross-functional matrix-based teams, establish trust with a variety of stakeholders and customers across multiple time zones, eliminate non-value-add activity, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project deliver is a must. The ideal candidate will be an exceptionally strong communicator, both written and verbally, and possess 7+ years experience in tactical project management of highly technical initiatives, as well as strategic program management.

You will apply your expertise to:
- Ensure the smooth running of production readiness within the relevant business area. Communicate clearly to the team, the site team, and wider business the status of NPD projects.
- Develop and get buy-in on plans and programs to improve our data centers and infrastructure
- rack progress, remove blockers, and drive the successful implementation of programs
- Plan for global and regional specifics, test and validation, deployment schedules, and similar actions
- Collaborate across organizations (Engineering, Development, Finance, Operations) and be the linchpin for successful delivery of programs

Amazon's vision is to be the world's most customer-centric company, and this role is key to that vision. These technologies are essential for meeting our customers’ expectations for service and value and meeting Amazon’s goals for efficiency, speed, and reliability as we continue expanding our data centers to hyper-scale.

- Recognize and appreciate diversity of thought and perspectives

Each day you will interact with different teams responsible for engineering, development, finance, integration, and operation of these complex technology programs. You prioritize your activities to support data center product development, solve problems and blockers, and focus on the actions that are most impactful for program success.
