Job summary

Itron, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, definition, and execution for the IEOS Data Platform. You will shape governance, security, and AI-enabled data products while collaborating with Engineering, Customer Success, Delivery, and Sales in the Utilities and Energy sector.

You will drive roadmaps, ensure scalable data sharing, and partner with customers to convert challenges into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Define products from customer problems with measurable outcomes.
• Translate customer needs into requirements, workflows, constraints, and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with cloud platforms, data architectures, and APIs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the IEOS Data Platform and related capabilities.
• Develop governed data products and data-sharing offerings that are scalable.
• Translate customer challenges into product opportunities and requirements.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements including security and governance.
• Lead packaging of IEOS data products for analytics environments (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
• Collaborate with Engineering to balance customer value with feasibility and long-term strategy.
• Support onboarding experiences, deployment readiness, and adoption of IEOS data-sharing solutions.
• Engage in customer workshops, solution demos, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Advocate for customer outcomes and accountable product decisions.
