Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Data Infrastructure to own strategy and execution for internal data infrastructure capabilities used by engineers and analysts across the organization. This role aims to improve self-service, modernize legacy systems, and enable scalable data workflows while balancing performance, cost, and developer experience.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $150,000 – $235,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in data or infrastructure platforms.
• Ability to read system architecture and pipeline dependencies.
• Proven track record of completing cross-team migrations and system retirements.
• Transparent about growth areas and open to learning.
• Experience weighing compute cost against performance and developer experience, preferred.
• Knowledge of AI agents' data consumption differences, preferred.
• Proactive in navigating new technical systems and contacts, preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Data Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will own the strategy and execution for internal data infrastructure capabilities that support engineers and analysts across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical product judgment to improve self-service, modernize legacy systems, and enable scalable, efficient data workflows. This position will collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, and other cross-functional partners to balance performance, cost, and developer experience while preparing the platform for emerging AI-driven use cases.
