Great Gray Group in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution for a key segment of our retirement investment ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of stakeholder relationships, data quality, and measurable product outcomes, driving the roadmap and instrumentation end-to-end.

You will collaborate with channel stakeholders, engineering, and design to frame problems, define success metrics, and deliver high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of product management in fintech or data-intensive B2B SaaS.
• Proven end-to-end delivery from discovery to adoption.
• Fluency in API architecture and data integration with engineering.
• Experience building stakeholder relationships to shape solutions.
• Built a metrics practice with instrumentation to guide prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives for your area: prioritization, scope, sequencing, specs, success metrics, and instrumentation, linking decisions to outcomes.
• Gather and synthesize customer insights, market research, and data for informed decisions.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, translating insights into requirements and decisions.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data to frame problems and define success.
• Represent your channel in cross-functional conversations with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
