Job summary

Progressive Leasing in the United States seeks a Product Manager for Data Enablement and Communications. You will own the roadmap for data products and customer communications tooling, translating data needs into scalable, business-ready solutions across marketing, lifecycle, and engineering.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in software product management, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to align stakeholders in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of software product management experience.
• Experience owning data products or data enablement initiatives.
• Experience with marketing technology platforms including customer communications, CMS, campaign management, or notification systems.
• Ability to balance high-level strategy with detailed execution.
• Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for data enablement, customer communications platforms, and eMarketing tooling.
• Translate data needs into clear product requirements for engineering.
• Collaborate with data teams to identify data gaps and backlog items.
• Define use cases, features, and acceptance criteria for communications platforms.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across marketing, tech, and lifecycle teams.
• Establish metrics for platform performance and business impact.
