Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Product Manager for Data Enablement & Communications. This remote role drives data access, customer communications tooling, and eMarketing capabilities across marketing and lifecycle functions.

You will translate business needs into clear product requirements, partner with data teams, and maintain strong stakeholder alignment while delivering measurable improvements in data quality and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software product management with a data focus.
• Experience owning data enablement initiatives for marketing.
• Background with marketing tech platforms including CMS/campaign tools.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for data enablement, communications platforms and eMarketing tooling.
• Translate data needs into product requirements for engineering.
• Define use cases, features and acceptance criteria for notifications and CMS tooling.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across marketing, tech, and lifecycle teams.
