Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Data Center Controls Solutions in Minnesota. You will own the vision and roadmap, coordinating with engineering, digital services, sales, and partners to deliver market-leading data centre control offerings.

You will lead NPIs, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive growth by aligning customer needs with technology roadmaps. This role requires strong communication, strategic planning, and a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 6–8 years in product management, building automation, controls, data centre infrastructure, HVAC systems, or digital services.
• 5+ years in product management leadership within controls, software, digital services, or mission-critical infrastructure markets.
• Strong understanding of BAS, HVAC controls, and integrated solutions architectures.
• Experience leading product lifecycle management and NPI programmes.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the portfolio strategy and long-term roadmap for Data Center Controls Solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and customer needs.
• Define solution requirements spanning controls, analytics, cloud connectivity, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Drive product lifecycle from concept to launch, growth, and end-of-life management.
• Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts for new offerings.
