Daikin Applied Ltd. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Data Center Controls Solutions in San Diego, with responsibility for the vision, roadmap, and market success of our data-center-centric control offerings.

You will influence cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, software-enabled controls and analytics that meet customer needs in hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise environments. You will own go-to-market strategies, partner with engineering and digital services, and drive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
6–8 years in product management, building automation, or HVAC-related tech.
5+ years in product leadership within controls, software, or cloud-connected solutions.
Strong understanding of BAS, HVAC controls, and data center environments.

Responsibilities

Own portfolio strategy for Data Center Controls Solutions and long-term roadmap.
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, digital services, sales, and marketing.
Define requirements spanning building/equipment controls, analytics, cloud connectivity, and cybersecurity.
Drive NPIs, pricing, business cases, and revenue forecasts for new offerings.
Develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, enablement, and channel engagement.
