Hex is seeking a Product Manager to advance data-centric features like notebooks, dashboards, and conversational AI. The role partners with sales to ensure market success and may index to a Senior Product Manager title.

Based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule (1-2 days in office), you will own a product area, perform early discovery, engage deeply with customers, and collaborate with engineering, design and GTM teams to ship high-impact features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or customer-engaged role.
• Experience with technical products and complex systems.
• Bias toward shipping quickly and iterating in a growth-stage startup.
• Interest in data and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own an area of the product and drive a coherent vision for that product.
• Do early discovery to identify which problems are worth solving.
• Get deep with customers to understand their roles and goals.
• Do competitive research and analyze the data and analytics space.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design and GTM teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Learn from the sales process to see what’s resonating.
