Salary Range: $116,390 - $133,900
Department: Technology
Reports to: Lead Product Manager, Data and Analytics
Location: Remote
Travel: < 10%
Schedule: M-F; 35 hours

This role is endowed/subsidized through September 2026, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and funding.

Position Overview

The Senior Product Manager, Data & Analytics (Senior PM) works within a small team of product managers and data analysts. The role is responsible for supporting data-informed decision-making, developing analytics infrastructure, and expanding data-driven features in collaboration with the Vibrant data team. The Senior PM manages the development of data tools and products that empower internal teams and external customers, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This role reports to the Lead Product Manager, Data and Analytics.

Duties/Responsibilities
  1. Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap for data and analytics tools, aligned with customer needs and organizational goals.
  2. Build and scale capabilities in product analytics and data-driven features for decision-making and insights.
  3. Identify opportunities for new data products, including dashboards, datasets, and predictive analytics solutions.
  4. Support frameworks for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on product performance, user behavior, and KPIs.
  5. Design data sets, dashboards, reports, and experimentation tools to enable data-driven decisions.
  6. Collaborate with a small team, including a data analyst and external contributors, fostering a collaborative culture.
  7. Reinforce best practices for analytics and data product management, ensuring scalability and customer focus.
  8. Champion a customer-centric approach for all data products and analytics solutions.
  9. Use data to inform product development, identify opportunities, and measure success through key metrics.
  10. Lead A/B testing, experimentation, and segmentation to optimize features and user experiences.
  11. Partner with engineering, data, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality, data-powered products.
  12. Align with the Data team on data engineering, ETL, reporting infrastructure, and governance.
  13. Present findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership to improve product performance.
  14. Support the entire lifecycle of analytics and data products, from ideation to continuous improvement.
  15. Address data gaps by working with the Data team to ensure data quality, availability, and accessibility.
  16. Translate customer and business requirements into scalable data solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  17. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, A/B testing, experimentation methodologies, and user experience research.
  • Exceptional communication skills to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset, balancing immediate needs with long-term vision.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data engineering concepts, including ETL processes and data governance.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management and/or product analytics.
  • Proven success in delivering data/analytics products like dashboards, visualizations, and workflows.
  • Experience with product analytics functions, including dashboard development, analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), relational and non-relational databases, and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and maintain reporting and analytics infrastructure.
Physical Requirements
  • Remain stationary for 50% of the time.
  • Operate a computer and office machinery regularly.
  • Communicate frequently over video calls with stakeholders.
