The Walmart US eCommerce Marketplace team empowers sellers worldwide to reach millions of buyers. We're building innovative products and marketing strategies to enhance the shopping experience and drive growth. As a Senior Manager of Product & Marketing Analytics, you'll be the data-driven engine behind our product and marketing initiatives. You'll translate complex data into actionable insights, shaping product roadmaps, optimizing marketing campaigns, and ultimately, driving customer acquisition and engagement. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Technology, and User Experience, offering high visibility and the opportunity to directly impact Walmart's eCommerce success. You'll build and scale analytics frameworks, fostering a data-informed culture and influencing strategic decisions at all levels.
What you'll do...
You’ll make an impact by:
- Driving Product Strategy: Partner with product managers to define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities for product optimization and innovation. Develop data-driven roadmaps to improve product adoption and enhance the customer experience.
- Optimizing Marketing Performance: Analyze marketing campaign performance across various channels (e.g., paid search, social media, email) to identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize spend. Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.
- Building Comprehensive Analytics Frameworks: Develop and maintain robust analytics dashboards and reports to track key product and marketing metrics. Utilize data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Conducting Deep-Dive Analyses: Proactively analyze customer and seller data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Designing and Implementing Experiments: Develop and execute A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of product and marketing initiatives. Utilize statistical techniques to analyze results and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, marketing teams, engineers, and UX designers to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Translating Data into Actionable Insights: Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Developing Predictive Models: Utilize machine learning and statistical modeling techniques to forecast trends, predict customer behavior, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Ensuring Data Integrity and Governance: Maintain data quality and consistency by adhering to data governance standards and best practices. Design data models and build pipelines/structure which follow data governance standards and facilitate seamless, timely and fast reporting reducing time to insights.
- Instrument data elements within Product Analytics Platforms (MixPanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.) and empower stakeholders by creating insightful dashboards and reports.
- Support Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business review with a focus on actionable insights that influence short, mid-term and long-term strategy.

- You have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related in an eCommerce, Marketplace or Supply Chain environment.
- Strong SQL (writing complex queries), Product Analytics Tools (MixPanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude etc.), Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Looker or other data analytics and visualization tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters: Business Administration; Economics; Statistics, Product or Marketing Analytics area and 7+ years’ experience developing analytics and insights in an eCommerce/Marketplace.

Sunnyvale, California US-08479: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00. Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
