Job summary

Beast Industries in the Bay Area is hiring a Principal Product Manager for CX & Platform Integrity to set the direction of internal tools that support and safeguard members, including agent consoles, case workstreams, and moderation queues.

You will own the roadmaps, enforce tooling, identity and age verification workflows, and collaborate with legal, policy, and engineering to translate regulations into product requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management leading cross-functional work.
• Experience owning internal tools or platform products used by operations.
• Hands-on experience with identity, age assurance, or consent flows.
• Familiarity with children’s privacy and safety rules (COPPA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap and requirements for internal operations tooling and case management.
• Define enforcement tooling for investigators, including audit logs and actions.
• Shape identity and age decisions, including data standards and vendor integrations.
• Partner with legal, policy, and engineering to align rules with product delivery.
• Lead beta and launch readiness for surface tools with operations teams.
