Job summary

Affirm, a remote-first fintech, is seeking a Staff Product Manager for its Credit & Pricing team. You will shape how consumers discover and use credit, owning strategy for credit experiences from shopping to repayment.

Lead cross-functional teams, set priorities, and translate complex credit capabilities into intuitive experiences that drive activation, conversion, and repeat engagement. This role offers equity and strong benefits across a nationwide US scope.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in fintech or related sectors.
• Proven ability to set direction for large product areas and align teams.
• Strong judgment translating complex systems into intuitive experiences.
• Depth in strategic and technical decision making with engineers.
• Rigorous use of research, data, and experiments to guide priorities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with structured decision making.
• Interest in credit, lending, personalization, or AI-powered experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define cohesive product vision for consumer credit experiences across shopping, repayment, and marketing.
• Translate strategy into prioritized roadmaps across multiple teams.
• Build experiences that help consumers understand financing options.
• Develop personalized journeys for new and returning users with experiments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Credit, Marketing, Legal to resolve tradeoffs.
• Define success metrics and use funnel analysis to improve activation and conversion.
