U.S. Bank seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for CRE platforms LPX and the CRE Data Repository. You will lead a small team and partner with engineering and business stakeholders to drive data analytics and workflow improvements.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strong communication, and hands-on prioritization of features, with a focus on system modernization and adoption across the CRE line.

Qualifications

• 10+ years product management experience.
• Three or more years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated product roadmap and backlog ownership.
• Experience partnering with technical engineering to deliver system enhancements.
• Experience partnering with technology or engineering teams throughout the software or systems development lifecycle.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and product ownership for internally developed CRE applications, including LPX and the CRE Data Repository.
• Establish and refine product vision, strategy, priorities and roadmaps based on business needs.
• Gather and evaluate enhancement requests and prioritize by value vs. risk.
• Translate business needs into prioritized features, epics and requirements.
• Manage product backlogs and priorities within Agile sprints.
• Partner with technology and engineering teams on design and delivery.
