Job summary

U.S. Bank in California seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead two CRE platforms (LPX and the CRE Data Repository) and drive product strategy from vision to delivery. You will own roadmaps, manage backlogs, and partner with technology teams to deliver business value in lending and analytics.

You will lead a small team of three ICs and coordinate with CRE, data, risk, and engineering functions. Strong Agile delivery, stakeholder communication, and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years product management experience.
• Lead a team of three ICs and manage product backlog.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and product ownership for CRE applications (LPX and CRE Data Repository).
• Establish and refine product vision, strategy and roadmaps based on business needs.
• Gather and evaluate enhancement requests from stakeholders and determine priorities.
• Translate business needs into prioritized features, epics, requirements, and work.
• Manage backlogs and priorities in an Agile environment with two-week sprints.
• Partner with technology teams to design and implement changes.
• Bridge business users and technology teams to ensure requirements are understood.
• Understand architecture, data dependencies, and modernization needs.
• Coordinate business testing and UAT during development and testing.
• Lead change-management activities for new functionality.
• Analyze business and product data to support decisions and KPIs.
• Define outcomes and key results and performance measures.
• Identify opportunities to improve CRE workflows through technology.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of products and systems.
