Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, prioritization, enhancement, and ongoing management of internally developed systems supporting the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) business line.

This senior role oversees two platforms: LPX and the CRE Data Repository, owning business priorities, roadmaps, requirements, and acceptance criteria while partnering with engineering leaders for design and delivery.

Qualifications

10+ years product management experience.
Three or more years of people management experience or demonstrated progressive leadership experience.
Demonstrated product roadmap and backlog ownership.
Experience partnering with technical engineering to deliver system enhancements.
Experience working within Agile development environments.
Strong ability to communicate across technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and product ownership for internally developed CRE applications, including LPX and the CRE Data Repository.
Establish and refine product vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmaps.
Gather and evaluate enhancement requests from business stakeholders and determine priorities.
Translate business needs and product strategy into prioritized features, epics, requirements, and actionable work.
