Job summary

Novo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the platform surface area connecting onboarding, activation, and integrations for small businesses in their first 90 days and beyond.

This role spans the DDA onboarding to funding activation funnel, invoice workflow, external integrations ecosystem — three interconnected surfaces that together determine whether a new Novo customer becomes an engaged, transacting one.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping platform, tooling, or integration products in fintech or SMB tech.
• Deep familiarity with SMB financial workflows and ecosystem.
• Experience turning customer insight into product decisions with data.
• Experience running discovery and prioritization with data.
• Hands-on with API concepts and integration architecture.
• Experience with AI tools to accelerate work in regulated finance.

Responsibilities

• Own the DDA onboarding to funding funnel and drive activation.
• Run onboarding and activation experiments with LaunchDarkly and lifecycle prompts.
• Own end-to-end invoice experience, reminders, and reconciliation.
• Lead integrations across revenue and accounting (Stripe, QuickBooks, Slack, etc.).
• Define platform KPIs and build analytics instrumentation.
• Lead AI-enhanced customer experiences and ensure regulatory alignment.
