Job summary

You will guide Product Analysts, collaborate with delivery teams, and ensure clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans drive successful delivery across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years leading agile delivery teams and product management.
• Experience with call center operations in banking/financial services.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the Contact Center value stream.
• Define objectives and key results aligned to product initiatives.
• Gather requirements and define acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely rollouts.
• Partner with legal, risk, and compliance and vendors as needed.
