Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape the residential digital product portfolio, focusing on connectivity, mobile apps, telematics, and AI-enabled experiences. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Several years of product management experience delivering and scaling digital products.
• Experience with connectivity, mobile applications, telematics, IoT, or other connected device ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success bringing products from concept through commercial launch.
• Experience identifying business opportunities and driving digital revenue growth.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with software and hardware engineering teams.
• Strong collaboration, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for connected residential digital products.
• Lead product development across mobile, web, IoT, connectivity, telematics, and AI-enabled experiences.
• Partner with software and hardware engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions connecting physical products with digital apps.
• Drive products through the full lifecycle from concept, discovery, and business case development to commercial launch and ongoing optimization.
• Translate customer, technician, dealer, and business needs into clear product requirements and launch plans.
• Own product launch readiness in partnership with engineering, operations, support, sales, and marketing teams.
