Job summary

Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our product group and lead the EPM-focused portfolio within our SaaS-first identity security solutions. You will own the cloud product roadmap and deliver customer-centric features that advance our leadership in PAM.

As part of a globally distributed team, you will collaborate with Engineering, Product Marketing, and UX to bring scalable, secure cloud features to market. Remote-friendly US-based role with cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of product management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• 5+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or cloud security.
• Deep domain knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), endpoint operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and enterprise IT environments (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID, endpoint management tooling).
• Certifications such as Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner are advantageous.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, analysts, and enterprise customers—fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and articulate the multi-year product vision and strategy for key Delinea PAM solutions, aligning it to company objectives and market opportunity.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and backlog, making clear trade-off decisions with agile development teams to deliver iterative, measurable value.
• Build a durable point of view on the market by engaging directly with customers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholders to validate and refine product direction.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, and Support teams to ensure high-quality releases and timely feature delivery.
• Shape go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing, driving positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing decisions.
• Enable internal technical teams with the context and training needed to support product launches and customer success.
• Balance the needs of current customers against the opportunity to enter new market segments and use cases, and build the business case for where to invest.
