Job summary

Butterfly Network, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the cloud-based administrator and clinical workflows across our platform, guiding strategy and execution for health system admins, program managers, and clinicians.

You will drive features, ensure a seamless end-user experience, and collaborate with engineering, design, clinical affairs, and customer success to translate complex healthcare needs into impactful software solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience owning cloud/web app products with strong UX for enterprise users.
• Understanding of admin/clinical workflows in healthcare is a plus; POCUS/medical imaging is a bonus.
• Experience from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation, or intelligent recommendations.
• Strong collaboration with design, engineering, data, and GTM teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for administrator experiences and clinical workflows on the Butterfly cloud platform.
• Lead development of administrator features (Proficiency Management, Analytics, Program Performance, User Management/Access Roles, Fleet Management, Education Dashboard).
• Spearhead cloud-based clinical workflows (Documentation, Worksheets, Exam Types) and QA tools for clinicians.
• Apply AI/automation to reduce manual work and surface actionable insights.
• Coordinate with Core Platform PM on monthly releases, enablement, and entitlement management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and data into prioritization.
