About This Role:

Sr. Product Manager, Digital Platform – Clinician Workflow

  • Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap, balancing clinician workflow needs, operational priorities, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and business impact.

About you:

You care deeply about building healthcare technology that improves workflows, supports clinicians, and enables better patient and customer outcomes. You know enough about software delivery, systems, and integrations to partner effectively with technical teams and can communicate complex ideas at the right level for executives, engineers, operators, and clinical stakeholders. You bring structure to ambiguity, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and communicate your rationale clearly so teams stay aligned and moving forward.

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with software platforms, workflow applications, or digital health products.
  • Experience in healthcare IT, medical device, digital health, clinical workflow, or regulated software environments.
  • Strong ability to define product scope, write clear requirements, prioritize effectively, and guide teams through ambiguity.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Deep knowledge of product management best practices, including discovery, roadmap planning, agile delivery, launch readiness, and outcome measurement.
  • Strong end-user orientation, with experience gathering feedback from both internal and external users and translating insights into product decisions.
  • Experience using analytics, business intelligence, or product data to monitor adoption, workflow performance, and business impact.
  • Strong systems analysis, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative as a self-starter; results oriented, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, road mapping tools such as Aha!, and analytics tools such as Tableau, Pendo, Google Analytics, or SQL.
  • BA/BS in science, engineering, business, healthcare, or a technical field. Advanced degree or MBA desired.

  • Experience with requirements management applications such as Jama or DOORS and design control applications such as MasterControl.
