Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Product Leader to define and execute the product vision, align key stakeholders, and drive analysis of clinical data assets for maximum business value. The role includes leading sprint reviews with the Delivery team and facilitating large cross-functional meetings.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of product experience, a STEM degree, and hands-on software lifecycle exposure with HIPAA/PHI and clinical data standards knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, mathematics or related field or equivalent experience as determined by the company
• 3 years of product experience
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle
• 1 year of advanced domain experience
• Preferred: 1+ year experience with EHR clinical data
• Understanding HIPAA/PHI handling
• Familiarity with clinical data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC)
• No licenses or certifications required

Responsibilities

• Understand the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and develop a holistic product vision and strategy with clear roadmaps and priorities.
• Anticipate future needs and use metrics and qualitative input to identify asset improvement opportunities.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
• Own the product backlog and refresh/prioritize it with input from internal and partner teams.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and coordinate decisions across audiences from product teams to executives.
• Identify cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings.
• Other duties as assigned.
