Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Product Leader to define the product's value proposition, outline vision and execution plans, and align stakeholders across the organization. You will participate in sprint reviews with the Delivery team and lead large cross-functional meetings to ensure data-driven prioritization and delivery of clinical data assets that deliver maximum business value.

The role requires 3 years of product experience, a strong understanding of the software lifecycle, and HIPAA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, mathematics or related field, or relevant experience as determined by the company.
• 3 years of Product experience.
• 1 year of Advanced domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a holistic product vision and strategy aligned with roadmap and governance.
• Own backlog and refresh/prioritize backlog with input from teams.
• Attend sprint/milestone reviews with Delivery team and lead large cross-functional meetings.
• Identify asset improvements using metrics and qualitative input.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
