Job summary

Wanzl North America is seeking a Product Manager for Carts in Newton, NC to drive the product strategy and lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization. You will partner with Global Product Centers and North American operations to accelerate market success and scale the segment that underpins the Wanzl brand.

In this in-office role, you will collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and support to translate market needs into actionable roadmaps, while owning pricing and portfolio

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• 5 years of experience in retail or CAPEX supplier environments.
• Experience in Sales and/or Finance preferred.
• Strong leadership and written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to travel up to 10% including international.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch activities.
• Collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and support to align strategy with goals.
• Own pricing strategy and discount structures to maximize segment share, revenue and margin.
