Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering technology or other technical field required.
• 6+ years of work experience with 3+ years in practical project management; 2+ years in Product Development PM.
• PMP certification and/or MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to close projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with plastic injection tooling and production preferred.
• Proactive, independent, and strong work ethic; ability to adapt in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure.
• Create project plans with deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Deliver presentations to customers, leadership, and management in Germany.
• Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through project completion.
• Provide status reports and updates; monitor timelines and budgets.
