Job summary

Cengage is seeking a Product Manager to lead discipline-specialized product clusters in Higher Education’s Careers and Skills. You will own the strategy, discovery, and roadmap while delivering data-driven outcomes for students, instructors, and institutions.

You will collaborate across business, technology, and design to accelerate product impact, improve learner success, and drive adoption through iterative, market-informed development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of product management experience preferred.
• Experience with technology-powered or digital learning products.
• Data-informed decision making and market insights demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, discovery, and roadmap priorities for Higher Education discipline cluster.
• Lead cross-functional delivery to improve adoption, engagement, and learner success.
• Define success metrics and use data to drive prioritization and outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success for GTM execution.
• Apply GenAI-enabled practices to speed and impact of product delivery.
