Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a seasoned Educational Programs professional to develop and execute professional education strategies for Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies. You will serve as a subject matter expert and lead the creation of training documents and tools from planning through execution.

The role involves developing launch strategies for existing programs, crafting regional training approaches, and managing vendor relationships to ensure expert educational delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years in sales, marketing or healthcare or equivalent.
• Travel up to 50% to Irvine, CA headquarters one week a month.

Responsibilities

• Develop Professional Education programs and strategies for the organization.
• Subject matter expert for areas of responsibility with product/program expertise and procedural knowledge
• Engage KOLs to develop aligned messages on EW programs
• Create and manage training documents and educational tools from planning to execution
• Develop strategy for launches, trainings and projects to maximize outcomes
• Develop tactics for local/region size and scope to support strategy
• Manage relationships with multiple vendors
• Measure effectiveness of educational tools and training, and address concerns
• Drive process improvement for operational efficiency
• Other incidental duties
