Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a seasoned professional to lead education programs for mitral and tricuspid therapies. You will serve as a subject matter expert, crafting training tools, and coordinating program launches with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and clinical partners.

The role requires extensive collaboration with regional teams, vendors, and KOLs to drive aligned messaging, documentation, and training effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in a relevant field; minimum 8 years in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry.
• Travel up to 50% to Irvine, CA corporate headquarters (one week a month).

Responsibilities

• Develop Professional Education programs and strategies for the organization.
• Subject Matter Expert for areas of responsibility with product/program expertise and procedural knowledge.
• Engage KOLs to develop strategically aligned messages on EW programs.
• Create and manage all product and/or program related training documents and educational tools from program planning to execution.
• Develop the strategy for the effective launch, management and execution of existing programs, trainings and projects to maximize outcomes.
• Develop tactics for local/region training and adapt to new training methodologies for product launches.
