Job summary

Edwards seeks a seasoned Education Programs Manager to lead Professional Education initiatives within our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies unit. You will develop programs, serve as SME, engage KOLs, and create training materials from planning to execution.

Travel up to 50% to Irvine, CA headquarters. A Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in sales, marketing, or healthcare is required, along with strong project management, documentation, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field with a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare.
• Travel up to 50% to Irvine, CA corporate headquarters one week a month.

Responsibilities

• Develop Professional Education programs and strategies for the organization.
• Subject Matter Expert for areas of responsibility with the product/program expertise and procedural knowledge.
• Engage KOLs to develop strategically aligned messages on EW programs.
• Create and manage training documents and educational tools from planning to execution.
• Develop the strategy for the launch, management and execution of programs to maximize outcomes.
• Manage relationships with multiple vendors.
