James Hardie is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own end-to-end performance of the fiber cement ColorPlus portfolio, including strategy, lifecycle, and financial results. Reporting to the Sr.

Director, Product Management, this role drives a multi-generational roadmap that delivers profitable growth and long-term competitive advantage. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Sourcing, Finance, and partners; lead cross-functional lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Product Design, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years in Product Management or related roles with P&L ownership.
• Experience in durable goods or building products and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product and business strategy for the portfolio.
• Lead prioritization of innovation, line extensions, and portfolio rationalization.
• Own P&L, drive revenue growth and margin improvement, and run regular reviews.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Lead lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life and mentor teams.
