Job summary

James Hardie Corporation is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end performance of our fiber cement ColorPlus portfolio.

You will shape product strategy, lifecycle management, and financial results across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and external partners. The role requires 8–10+ years in product management with full P&L responsibility and a proven track record in complex manufacturing and supply‑chain environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 8–10+ years in product management or closely related roles with P&L experience.
• Experience in complex manufacturing and supply‑chain environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑year product strategy and roadmap.
• Own P&L, pricing, and cost management for the portfolio.
• Lead cross‑functional execution across lifecycle stages from concept to end‑of‑life.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations to drive growth and margin expansion.
• Provide guidance to Sales and Customer Service and manage external partners.
