TriNet seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic benefits-focused product initiatives within Benefits & Pricing. You will own strategy, translate complex needs into actionable requirements, and drive capabilities from concept through launch, collaborating with engineering, design, and sales to realize business impact.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, manage backlogs, and measure performance with KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management or comparable experience.
• In depth knowledge of benefits administration and medical insurance domains.
• Experience delivering external- or partner-facing technology products and capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Demonstrated success working across cross-functional, matrixed teams and bringing clarity to ambiguous problems.
• Strong prioritization skills with the ability to balance customer, partner, and business value.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and requirements-definition skills.
