Job summary

Lead Bank is seeking a seasoned product leader to drive the development of our Banking as a Service platform. This senior individual contributor role focuses on end-to-end ownership, cross-functional influence, and delivering elegant fintech solutions for deposits, credit, lending, and card transactions.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with first-principles thinking and a user-first mindset to build a next-generation platform from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management and/or engineering experience in fintech.
• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, and compliance-focused products.
• Strong technical competence with high-availability services and API design.
• Strong judgment, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Humility and openness to coaching.

Responsibilities

• Be passionate about modernizing the banking system for a digital economy.
• Break down ambiguous problems and use first principles to unblock decisions.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap with clear requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of technical and operational elements to inform decisions.
• Develop clear product requirements and communicate with engineering and design.
