Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Manager to drive product vision, planning and development for consumer deposit products, with emphasis on checking accounts. You will coordinate across customer experience, digital, technology and business lines to prioritize opportunities and shape roadmaps.

The role focuses on outcomes, OKRs and delivering customer-centric product solutions. The team emphasizes data-driven decision making, agile delivery, and strong collaboration with risk and technology partners

Qualifications

• Product Management experience
• 4+ years of experience with consumer deposit products, preferably checking accounts
• Experience with roadmap development and customer journey optimization
• Strong cross-functional delivery and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of Agile ways of working and risk considerations
• Customer-centric approach to product strategy and execution

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and interpret business data to meet needs and requirements.
• Activate connections between business lines, customer experience, digital teams and risk to identify opportunities and set the product vision and roadmap.
• Define product outcomes and OKRs to prioritize features and break work into deliverable steps.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle and drive the roadmap leveraging OKRs.
• Collaborate with agile, design, technology and risk partners to deliver the product.
• Understand technical aspects of software products and debt reduction for technical products.
