Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the Avvance Consumer Checkout experience, driving the product vision from application through consumer communications and option selection.

You will partner with Design, Technology, Legal, and Risk to embed financing into checkout journeys and define scalable API capabilities for partners. You will lead a cross-functional team, align on OKRs, analyze funnel performance, and continuously optimize conversion and customer outcomes in a complex,

Qualifications

• At least five years in Product Management for digital products.
• Experience owning strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for customer-facing products.
• Experience leading an agile product delivery team and managing backlog from discovery to launch.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Avvance Consumer Checkout product vision, roadmap, and outcomes.
• Understand the POS lending journey: application, decisioning, offers, disclosures, and communications.
• Define OKRs and translate strategy into epics and delivery plans.
• Lead a cross-functional agile team with Design and Technology.
• Use customer research and analytics to identify friction and improve conversions.
• Define API requirements for partner integrations and embedded experiences.
• Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders and senior leaders.
