Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Avvance Consumer Checkout experience. You will lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of consumer financing at checkout, including application, option presentation, acceptance, and communications.

You will also define API capabilities for partner integrations and oversee cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with Experience Design, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations to ensure a seamless, compliant

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Product Management experience driving digital products and customer experiences.
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for customer-facing digital products.
• Experience leading an agile product delivery team and managing a product backlog from discovery through implementation and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data and customer insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the Avvance Consumer Checkout experience across U.S. Bank and partner journeys.
• Develop understanding of the point-of-sale lending journey from application to disclosures, acceptance, and communications.
• Define outcomes and OKRs and translate strategy into prioritized features and delivery plans.
• Lead a cross-functional agile team, prioritizing backlog and partnering with Design and Technology.
• Champion the consumer experience using research, analytics, funnels, and experiments to improve conversion.
