Onebrief is hiring a senior product/content leader to own the vision and roadmap for AE content used in military planning simulations. You will translate user needs and company priorities into a strategy, roadmap, and actionable requirements, guiding content specialists to deliver high-quality exercises.

You will balance quality, speed, and scalability while collaborating across product, engineering, and domain experts.

Qualifications

• Experience owning strategy and execution for a complex product, content portfolio, or production workflow.
• Strong product judgment and ability to translate broad goals into actionable requirements.
• Deep understanding of simulation technologies and workflows and how content affects user experience.
• Systems thinking with attention to detail for content within a broader product.
• Clear, concise communication to align technical teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Content vision and roadmap; define how content should evolve to meet user needs and product direction.
• Translate needs into clear priorities; collaborate with users and stakeholders to define requirements and next steps.
• Own the Content process; improve how content is requested, created, validated, maintained, and reused.
• Define successful outputs for scenarios, units, and entities; ensure accuracy, usability, and fitness for purpose.
• Enable focused execution by resolving ambiguity and prioritizing scope for content specialists.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, design, and domain experts to align content with product capabilities.
• Measure outcomes using feedback and production data to guide content and process improvements.
