EPAM Systems is growing a product-management team focused on AI-powered products. As a Senior Product Manager for Applied AI, you will own vision, strategy, and delivery for one or more products, including at least one AI-powered offering. You will mentor other Product Managers and apply AI throughout the lifecycle to drive faster, sharper decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Product Management, having managed one or more products end-to-end, including post-launch maintenance and support.
• Launched more than one product (or key capability) to market, with at least one AI-powered product or feature.
• Experience owning backlogs, cross-product dependencies and release cycles; managing lifecycle and support models.

Aufgaben

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap and end-to-end delivery of one or more products, including AI-powered ones.
• Define requirements and use cases for AI features with evaluation criteria and guardrails.
• Identify where AI can improve products, CX, and business outcomes, and size the business case.
• Use AI tools across discovery, research synthesis, analysis, documentation, user stories, prototyping and planning with verification of outputs.
• Prioritize features, own the backlog and manage release cycles with AI-assisted analysis.
• Manage the full product lifecycle including AI features, model/version changes and human oversight.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, design and AI/ML teams translating intent into actionable requirements.
• Set expectations with clients on what AI can do, communicating benefits and risks clearly.
• Mentor Product Managers and raise the team's practical AI capability.
