Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Applicant Security to own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of threat-detection capabilities. You will partner with engineering, data science, cybersecurity, legal, HR, and vendors to align priorities and scale solutions across the enterprise.

You will balance risk reduction with candidate experience, using metrics to drive impact in a highly matrixed environment at one of the world's largest financial institutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in identity, fraud, cybersecurity, risk, or regulated workflows.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, agile methods, Jira, and product discovery/delivery.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience designing APIs and integrations with third-party platforms.
• Preference for AI/ML-enabled product development experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy, roadmaps, and execution for Applicant Security; align with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver impactful features.
• Define OKRs, set metrics, and measure product success.
• Leverage data and feedback to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
• Write PRDs, coordinate with tech teams and vendors on milestones and epics.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance across integrations and apps.
• Manage backlog, release planning, and feature delivery for customers.
• Communicate vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead vendor evaluations, onboarding, and negotiations with third-party security providers.
